How do you market a toy design?

I've designed a neat interactive toy that has gained some attention and success on Etsy. I don't have the time to make lots of them, but I'd be interested in refining the pattern and selling production rights to a toy company. How do I find a company and approach them?|||Here are some book titles that are relevant:

When dealing with large companies you probably want an patent attorney.
