How can I produce a toy design cheaply and quickly?

Its a children toy and it can be a soft or plastic toy. I don't want the hassle of worrying about moulds as this approach is far too costly for just 200 units.|||Look into rapid prototyping and 3D printing services. http://www.protomold.com/ is one site I found, but there are plenty more. Search for rapid prototyping or 3D printing companies on Google/Yahoo.
