What toy does your 3yo actually play with and enjoy?

Mine has no interest in toys. Would rather play with anything that is not a toy, or jump and climb. I would like to find something he will actually play with.|||his attention span has not grown yet. just give him time. and if he likes certain cartoons buy things that have that character on it. when you buy a item you should also show him several times how it works and play with him or her. When my son was small his most favorite toy was a plastic car that he could take apart and put back together. the cheapest toy out of all i had bought. Cost me one dollar at walmart. I showed him how he could roll it into the wall and that was all it took. just take him to toy store also and see what catches his attention.|||If he likes trains my son loves his lantern. He pretends he's on a train and runs around the house with it. Like on polar express. He likes Remote controls. and that's pretty much it.|||My almost 3 yr old (in March) loves to play with her blocks and Matchbox/Hot Wheels cars. She also enjoys computers, phones, and doll babies.|||you should have him a v-tech. he should have fun with that.|||My brother's kids hated actual kids toys. I think they were more interested in what *we* (the adults) were playing with. Kid loved cell phones and "typing" on keyboards lol. Remotes were a favorite too lol.

Get the kid an old cell phone from a garage sale or take the batteries out of the remote and let him have a blast lol. That's my suggestion

Who the hell gave me a thumb down? lol wth is there to disagree with ahaha|||The box that the expensive toy came in...J/K how about books, tricycle....|||My kids loved Thomas the tank at that age. They played w/ the train set on the table every day.

They also liked pretend food. I think you can buy it from Constructive Playthings. They had cake, brownies, and all kinds of sweets.|||My kids had quite a few animals, those rubber or hard plastic solid things that were maybe 6 inches tall and last forever, dinosaurs, zoo animals, ocean creatures. They played with them a lot.|||Coloring books and crayons, Magna Doodle, Thomas and Friends trains, blocks, Leap Pad. Those are the things my son loves.|||If you have the outside room, a sandbox would be great. My daughter was three when she first got her's. She just turned 5, and one of her presents was a digger thing that we got at Northern Equipment that is kind of like a backhoe, and filled her sandbox up with new sand. She got a lot of other really nice presents, but that was her favorite. He would probably like something like that. |||The only thing mine enjoys doing right now is coloring and drawing. She also likes blocks.|||my 3 yr old loves to act like he can read he is always grabbing his bed time books and sitting on the couch reading and looking at the pictures he also like his doodle pro i like it to because he can only make marks on the toy lol |||My son loved Flashlights and TRAINS galore at that age, any and everything thomas the train! He also tended to be into puzzles rather than toys, and hey he is top of his class now...maybe he gets bored easily with regular toys and needs some stimulation to get his intrest going?|||Mine likes: Legos, blocks, puzzles %26amp; his garbage truck w/ the bin. He also like his duplo figures, firetrucks, bulldozers etc..

If your son doesn't like playing with his toys; try hiding a few of them and when he hasn't seen them say 2 or 3 weeks...he will enjoy playing with them. Another thing they like to play with at that age is tupperware w/ lids %26amp; wooden spoons.|||So, get him something he can jump on. Get him something he can climb on...|||You can check out the following website. It lists educational toys that can help your kids improve their skills (language, gross motor, fine motor, cognitive, social, etc).

http://www.play4kid.com|||One of my kids never did play with toys, my dd however, loves toys that go along with movies. If he likes the Disney Cars movie or Thomas the Tank etc., like my dd does, he will probably like a train table with Thomas Tank wooden train set on it. My dd also loves her Cars movie toys. Get him something that he has to build like blocks and sit down and show him different things he can build. I think some children just aren't interested in toys. I also have a theory that the first born is less likely to like toys maybe because he doesn't have anyone to constantly play them with him.|||my vibrator.........................!?
