What model toy gun is best for my brothers?

I have two younger brothers who are 11 and 12. WE all like toy and model guns but we hate nerf. Im not sure if airsoft is to hard.Is it or is there something in between?|||sorry dude but I think you should get the nerf recon|||bb gun
