What is that toy that makes a gurgling noise when you shake it?

I can't remember what you call it. It's a toy that has a moving part inside which moves up and down, and when you shake it, it emits a noise that sounds like some sort of gurgling sound. It's hard to describe, does anyone know what this is called?|||It's called a gigle stick!!
