Its for a project in my physics class. The guidelines are as follows: I cannot physically push it. I cannot blow on it. No compressed air, motors, chemical reactions, or anything that involves liquid. It also must travel at least 1 meter in distance. I cannot use parts from a toy car such as the wheels from a remote controlled car. I have to use something that is not normally used as a wheel. Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated... Just be sure to leave some instructions on what to do please! Thanks!|||Use elastic bands as a method of propulsion.|||Well the only thing that come to mind is a CD with a balloon blowing air through the hole may be a pin hole in one of the sides for "the forward propulsion" is the only thing that pass through my mind!
